There is no long-term commitment with hourly home care from Carolina Reliable Home Care. Use our services, whether you need a few hours or overnight care, we are happy to assist. 

As a board-certified patient advocate in South Carolina, I work closely with seniors to ensure they have a voice in their healthcare decisions and receive the care they need. I facilitate communication between seniors and their healthcare providers, assist in understanding medical conditions and treatment options, and advocate for their preferences to be respected. I also help navigate complex healthcare systems, provide emotional support during challenging situations, educate on patient rights, and collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Carolina Center for Behavioral Health provides assistance in psychiatric and substance abuse treatment. Our programs focus on  treatments for inpatient hospitalization and outpatient.

Located near McLeod Health Clarendon and Lake Marion, HopeHealth Pediatrics in Manning is a primary pediatric and adolescent health care provider for newborns, infants, young children, adolescents, and teens.

Non-Medical In-home care provider for seniors.

Priority Home Care LLC. (PHC) offers services to individuals who want to remain at home but are in need of help with their personal and household care.

We offer a wide variety of activities to enhance the quality of life for our participants and their families. We serve both the senior population and young adults with developmental disabilities, individualizing programs to assist them to continue to grow, learn and contribute to the society. A hot lunch is served daily. 

We also offer free trial day passes at our day centers for those who would like to try it out, and accept many payer sources, such as Medicaid and VA.

The York County Council on Aging offers numerous services aimed at keeping the senior citizens of York and Chester counties living independently and productively.

Our goals of promoting health and wellness, and our coordination of key services have provided the priceless gift of independence for many seniors in York and Chester counties.

Many seniors consider their companion animals their family. They may not be able to afford to vaccinate or obtain basic annual care that is necessary in South Carolina's tropic‐like weather. Ideally, regular vaccinations and check‐ups will be offered through the program. Furthermore, transportation  throughout the state is a barrier, as most of the state is rural and many senior citizens needing  veterinarian services are homebound and unable to drive.  Through the generosity of South Carolina veterinarians, SCVets Care has stepped up to provide vaccinations, spay and neuter services,  diagnostic services and much more to senior citizen pets.

The Horry County Veterans Affairs office is a county funded office primarily designed to assist Veterans, spouses and dependents of Veterans in applying for benefits from the Veterans Administration.
