DDSN and CAN Announces 2nd Annual AutismConnect Conference

The South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs (DDSN) and the Carolina Autism and Neurodevelopment (CAN) Research Centerfor an exciting, in-person event at the Brookland Banquet and Conference Center in Columbia, SC!

AutismConnect 2025 is a gathering dedicated to bringing together individuals, families, and professionals in the autism community. Discover the latest research, innovative therapies, and support networks that can make a difference in the lives of those with autism. Connect with like-minded individuals, share experiences, and learn from experts in the field.

Event Details:

  • Date/Time: April 2, 2025, from 8 am to 3 pm (Exhibits will be open from beginning to end!)
  • Location: Brookland Banquet and Conference Center, 1066 Sunset Blvd, West Columbia SC 29169
  • No Cost: Free for the General Public (lunch will be provided to the first 800 who register here).
  • Highlights: 21 unique presentations, 75 exhibitors, BINGO prizes, centrally located in the state for convenience, free parking, free registration for attendees.
  • Free continuing education: BabyNet Personnel SC Part C Credential, Professional Development for Educators, Foster Parent Training Credits, and DDSN Training Hours.
