  Intake Procedure

  We love meeting with family members and / or medical professionals to help determine a family's needs. An assessment is performed to gather information about the individual and the family, detailing how we can truly help to support the individual and their family. After the assessment, a Plan of Care is developed and confirmed to ensure that all care is provided in a manner that ensures the family is happy. The next stage is exciting as we introduce a caregiver to the family to determine if the caregiver appears to be a good fit. Once the caregiver is approved by the family, we can start providing care. Shortly thereafter we would like to introduce a second caregiver so that consistency can be maintained in the event of the primary caregiver taking vacations or taking time off. Monitoring care is then needed to help ensure that consistently high quality care is provided and that care is changed as the family's needs change. Our goal is that the Visiting Angels team them becomes a beautiful support and loving friend as we help your loved one’s age in place gracefully.
