Companions and In-Home Caregivers
Our Caregiver/Companion Services include CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) to companionship/caregiver level of care for individuals and are available a few hours a week up to 24/7 coverage. Caregiver/Companions offer our clients the interaction and companionship that supports independent living, while promoting safety and quality of life in any setting. All of our Caregiver/Companions are thoroughly screened (SLED background check, 5 panel Drug Screen by an independent lab, TB testing, driving record check).
All employees are required to attend ongoing training that enhances their skills, knowledge base and awareness of issues pertaining to client care.
Senior Matters' management team ensures caregivers assigned are properly vetted, educated about client’s needs and desires and provided an individualized protocol/care plan.
