Senior Center
The Winnsboro Senior center is accessible to seniors (age 60+) during all open hours. Facilities include an exercise room with equipment, multipurpose room for additional programming, a dining hall and a library with amenities for quiet. Programming engaging seniors starts from 8:30 until 11:30 with some afternoon programming available. Programs include --but are not limited to--Bingo, crafts, exercise classes, technology classes, singalongs, trivia and more.

Meals
The Winnsboro Senior Center offers meals to seniors on a daily basis. Participants of the program must be 60 years or older. All meals are provided on a donation-basis. All funds go directly back into the program.

As a member of the Meals on Wheels America network, FCCOA participates in delivering home meals on a daily basis. Seniors seeking to participate in this service must be assessed/meet certain criteria (including being 60+ years of age and be considered homebound) or recommended via referral.

Description of Organization
FCCOA is a nonprofit based in Winnsboro, SC, that collaborates with organizations in Fairfield County on providing senior services. FCCOA receives funding and guidance from federal, state, local governments and generous donors to carry out its mission of providing senior services and resources to improve the quality of life for the county's senior population.
Vision - Fairfield County Council on Aging aims to address the physical, social, mental and emotional needs of the elder population by equipping them with knowledge, assisting them with nutritional requirements and providing access to programs and services designed to elevate their well-being.
