Intake Procedure
Those interested in receiving our services must fill out an application. It can be found on our website, or we can mail one to you, simply call and request one. Once the application has been received it will be reviewed to make sure it has been completely filled out and all forms have been signed.
Next one of our staff or office volunteers will call to let you know it has been received, and if you have been approved or if information is missing.
Once approved you will call our main number 843-839-0702 to request a ride, at least four days prior to your appointment, if you left a message we will call to confirm and verify, then enter your request in our request/scheduling system.
Next we let our volunteers know about requested rides, and do our best to locate a driver. We can never guarantee a driver will be available.
We will either call to let you know who your driver will be or we were not able to find one. We try to allow plenty of time for you to make other arrangements. You will then receive a call from the driver who you will coordinate with on where to pick you up as well as how long it takes to get from your house to where you need to go.

Description of Organization
Neighbor to Neighbor of South Carolina, Inc. (N2N), a 501(c)3 nonprofit, promotes independence, relieves isolation, and connects homebound adults to their community through transportation. Utilizing volunteer drivers, N2N coordinates transportation to medical related appointments, grocery stores, pharmacies, therapy appointments, and many other quality of life destinations.
N2N is always looking for passionate volunteers in Horry and Georgetown County. If you or anyone you know is interested, please share N2N with them.
