Emphases are placed on providing home delivered meals and service that promote health, wellness and preventive care.

Anderson Interfaith Ministries, Inc. (AIM) is a human services agency providing care to individuals living in Abbeville, Anderson, Oconee, and Pickens counties.

We review the care history of the communities that we work with and we tour our clients to the recommended communities. We are a free community service.

Richard M. Campbell Veterans Nursing Home is managed by the South Carolina Department of Mental Health and operated by HMR Governmental Services on behalf of the State.Admission to the Richard M. Campbell Veterans Nursing Home is limited to Veterans who have been separated from the U.S. Armed Forces under honorable conditions and qualify as South Carolina residents who are in need of skilled or intermediate nursing home care. Eligible Veterans must have served on active duty.

Couples have the ability to reside together enjoying South Bay’s luxury retirement lifestyle in Assisted Living whether one or both members have the need for 24-hour assistance.

Shem Creek Nursing and Rehab completes the continuum with 40 Skilled Nursing and Short-term Rehabilitation apartments, offering both studios and one-bedroom suites. Residents requiring the care of a licensed nurse 24 hours daily will also enjoy South Bay’s luxury community setting.

Short-term Rehabilitation patients will appreciate the state of the art Rehab gym staffed by our in-house Occupational, Physical and Speech therapists who will work with our interdisciplinary team to get patients back to their previous lifestyle quickly.  Finally, the campus also boasts a clinic on-site staffed by MUSC Health Geriatrics.
