We provide Non-Medical Care in your home, or in your Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory care or Active Adult Living Community apartment, or in your Nursing Home or Hospital room.  We also offer a unique Out-Patient Procedure Transportation Service when you need someone to stay with you during your procedure.  We accept all major credit cards, VA benefits, Long Term Care insurance, and Respite vouchers.

LCFS provides Home Care service to the Low Country of South Carolina, offering a solution for individuals who want to maintain their independence at home but need assistance due to short- or long-term disability, illness or simply the natural aging process.

Continuing Care Retirement Community - Provide all levels of senior housing from Independent Living (Cottages, Patio Homes and Garden Apartments), Assisted Living, Rehab, Memory Care and Long Term Care Nursing Center.

Nate and Melisa Rhodes, Owners of Always Best Care of the Grand Strand, has operated Always Best Care in the Grand Strand since 2017. Always Best Care is A+ rated with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).  The agency specializes in in-home care for seniors, but it also helps find senior living at no cost to those seeking a place to live.  And to help seniors remain safe and comfortable in their homes, the company offers no-cost Remote Patient Monitoring equipment that has been proven to prevent hospital ER visits by 75%.  

Lexington County Recreation & Aging Commission's Aging Program is a special purpose district whose mission is to improve the quality of life of older adults throughout Lexington County through creative, meaningful, life enriching experiences. This is done through the provision of program services, facilities, and education. Some programs and services may depend on available funds, an individual's severity of need, and the geographic location of the individual.
