Reverse takes a proactive approach to helping caregivers and seniors on their journey, with the intention of helping them avoid costly mistakes, encouraging self-advocacy, and directing them to critical resources and information that seem to get buried in the information overload that is the internet. Griswold Home Care is a community-based service in Hilton Head that provides an affordable solution for individuals or couples who require non-medical assistance in order to remain safely in their homes. The service includes personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, along with transportation and errands if needed. Our services can be arranged for 6, 12, or 24 hour care. Custom shifts can be offered at 2 and 4 hour shifts. Care is available seven days a week, including holidays.

ACTS- partner with churches, organizations, and individuals to provide assistance to our neighbors in need.

We are a non-profit ministry that serves the needs of individuals and families who are in crisis. We provide food, clothing, and on a limited basis financial assistance for utilities.

HopeHealth in Aiken is 1 of 3 Infectious Disease Treatment and Prevention Centers, and is committed to providing infectious disease services to Aiken, Allendale, and Barnwell Counties. The site opened its doors in 2005, providing case management services to individuals living with HIV. The site has since expanded its services to include community education, STI prevention, and Personal Health Clinic. Personal Health Clinic appointments are available to accommodate walk-in STI screenings, Hepatitis C care, PrEP, PEP, and traditional women’s health services such as PAP smears.

Clinical Services

Clinical services consist of medical care and treatment related specifically to a patient’s diagnosis. The clinical staff team includes a medical office assistant, a nurse and a provider. The team meets with patients at least quarterly to assign and review patients’ medications, labs and coordinate any referrals for specialty care services.

HopeHealth offers a range of supportive services for its infectious diseases patients in coordination with their medical treatment, including medical case management. HopeHealth employs a team of medical case managers to serve as coordinators who work directly with the clinical team to manage patients’ medical needs, medication regimens, referrals, and other social services.

The Deep Well Project is a private social service agency helping people with basic services who are experiencing an emergency situation. Deep Well assists with rent payments, utilities, food, medicine, home repair and home furnishings. Our service area is Hilton Head Island and occasionally Bluffton.

We provide technology services, educational classes and programs for senior adults and their families, so they can be better connected. Bill has worked with 100’s of seniors throughout South Carolina teaching them how to use their technology more confidently, effectively and safely. Here is a summary of our services along with other educational programs:

The Blake at Woodcreek Farms is an Assisted Living and Memory Care community with competitive rates. The Blake at Woodcreek Farms has 66 luxurious Assisted Living suites that utilize an unmatched wellness team consisting of 24 hour nurses and personal assistants. We also have an adjoining wing with 34 suites designed to accommodate persons with memory impairments.

The Blake at Woodcreek Farms does not require a “buy-in” fee, but utilizes a month-to-month rental fee structure starting at $3925. 

Residents residing in our Assisted Living and Memory Care suites, requiring direct assistance with medications and personal care, will receive an initial evaluation by our Director of Wellness.  The development of a service plan is designed to ensure that each resident receives the assistance they require, promoting an active lifestyle.  Personal care fees for Assisted Living are based on the resident’s level of need pursuant to the initial assessment and service plan. Memory Care is all-inclusive, and the residents have no additional fees.
