The Montgomery Speech, Language, and Hearing Clinic provides evaluation and treatment services for all ages. Focus areas include articulation, language, voice, hearing, stuttering, and everyday communication, among others. Individual and/or group programs may be recommended. Innovative services that align with research and best practices are conducted by graduate students under the direction of certified and licensed speech-language pathologists and audiologists. Individuals receiving services at the Center may be invited to participate in research during their treatment.

Senior Care Authority has been provides NO COST placement services for independent living, assisted living, and memory care as well as skilled nursing placement and eldercare consulting. 

 We offer NO COST placement services which include Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Alzheimer's/Dementia placement services. Our Certified Senior Advisor® will guide you through finding the best senior living options based on your loved one's individual needs, and we will accompany you on tours of the selected communities.

Additionally, we offer fee based eldercare consulting services. Eldercare consulting can includes facilitating essential conversations with family members to identify necessary resources. There is no cost for an initial consultation. 

We also offer "Beyond Driving With Dignity", an enhanced self assessment to help older adults determine when it is time to retire from driving.

This Nonprofit Human Services Agency provides hope, encouragement and support through an array of services designed to meet the individual client's needs. Emphases are placed on providing home delivered meals and service that promote health, wellness and preventive care.

Hospice care offers peace and comfort to patients with life-limiting illness through a family-focused approach. Palliative care is specialized for those with an acute or chronic illness and is focused on symptom management and stress relief. Caring Oasis HomeCare is a local HomeCare provider with a dedicated staff and owner who enjoys being personally involved in caring for their clients. They are assist with many activities of daily living and will ensure that your loved one's needs are looked after. 

The Lexington County Sheriff's Department has forged a strong relationship with Project Lifesaver. This partnership allows us to use Project Lifesaver's technology to quickly track and locate individuals who are prone to wander from their homes.  You may contact Sgt. When you enroll your loved one in the program, you will receive a small personal Project Lifesaver transmitter.   This transmitter is worn on the wrist or ankle and emits an individualized tracking signal. If an enrolled Project Lifesaver client goes missing, the caregiver notifies the Department and deputies respond to the wanderer's area. Most clients who wander are found a few miles from home, and search times are reduced from hours and days to minutes. Recovery times for PLI clients average 30 minutes which is a 95 percent less time than standard operations.
