Calhoun County Council on Aging (CCCOA) is a county agency that provides programs and services to promote the well-being of aging persons residing in Calhoun County, SC. Care Partners LLC is owned by Seth Zamek.  Seth holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration, is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, is a licensed Emergency Medical Technician and a Certified Dementia Care Specialist.  Seth has over 30-years experience in the healthcare and guardianship field, most recently as the owner and Executive Director of Senior Helpers.  He has worked extensively in the Probate Courts and with Probate Court Judges and staff in South Carolina.  Seth currently serves on the Boards of Directors for the SC Alzheimer's Association, the Parkinson Association of the Carolina's, the SC Home Care and Hospice Association, and the SC Commerce Department's Catawba Regional Education Center.

Zamek is personally involved in every client case Care Partners LLC agrees to take on.  The organization serves vulnerable or incapacitated individuals of all ages and prides itself on being very responsive to the Courts, Attorneys, families petitioning the Court and clients.
