BeWell Home Services is the home care ministry of the Lutheran Homes of South Carolina (LHSC) offering non-medical care for clients to promote independence among older adults living at home or wherever they deem to be home.

We offer our clients with many non-medical, home-based services that range from light housework to assistance with daily living and everything in between.

A Remedy Home Care does its very best to keep our client in the place they live for as long as they want to be there. Trusted non-medical home care that provides a safe choice for seniors to remain at home with dignity and independence.

Hope and Freedom Home Care provides affordable quality non-medical in-home care for the sick, elderly, and disable (young and old). We assist individuals with their activity of daily living and giving them their freedom back. We assist our clients to live independent lives while remaining in the comfort and safety of their own home a long as possible

Gentiva Hospice provides end of life care at home or home like setting (Assited Living, Nursing Home, Residential Care home)

Certified in 2012, Pathway Hospice was born out of the vision of a family owned company who realized the value of hospice care and wanted it for their families and neighbors.

Today, their vision and mission remain the cornerstones of our work and organizational soul.

Pathway Hospice is committed to serving those living with terminal illnesses, nearing the end of life, or experiencing grief by caring for their patients and helping to guide their families as they provide care and make decisions.

Pathway Hospice is community based, offering comprehensive hospice and palliative care, caregiver education, individual and group counseling, spiritual support and many other programs to those it serves regardless of race, age, faith, diagnosis or financial circumstances.

Our goal is to help each person in our community maintain the best quality of life and live each day with meaning and purpose. Toward that goal, we continue to add new programs and services to meet the changing needs of our community.

We offer a wide variety of activities to enhance the quality of life for our participants and their families. We serve both the senior population and young adults with developmental disabilities, individualizing programs to assist them to continue to grow, learn and contribute to the society. A hot lunch is served daily. 

We also offer free trial day passes at our day centers for those who would like to try it out, and accept many payer sources, such as Medicaid and VA. 

Our mission is to help families living in Marion County, SC and surrounding areas to have better health and social outcomes. 

Senior Matters is a provider of licensed non-medical caregiver services. Locally owned in Columbia, SC since 1997, Senior Matters provides non-medical caregiver services throughout South Carolina.  Senior Matters is proud to serve veterans through the VA Community Care Network.

Provides services and supports to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism and persons with brain or spinal cord injuries.

Karing In Mind LLC is a licensed provider in the State of SC that provides in-home care and assistance with activities of daily living. Transportation is not provided with these services. Aides cannot accompany you to your appointments or daily errands.

We provide Assistance with Daily Living; Bathing, Dressing, Cooking, Cleaning, Shopping, Daily Companionship and Loving Life in your own home! 

Our Caregivers are all professionally vetted before employing to work, to assure our clients are safe and protected in their own home!

Arch Angel Home Care assist the client and their family by being an Advocate for their care; at doctor visits, hospital stays, or during home hospice care.

Companionship is under rated, no one should be left alone day after day, we love to be our clients friend and family!

We are locally owned and operated and provide services for the Greater Grand Strand.

Always Best Care combines national strength and standards with local accessibility and personal service. Nate and Melisa Rhodes, Owners of Always Best Care of the Midlands, has operated Always Best Care in the Midlands since 2011. Always Best Care is A+ rated with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).  The agency specializes in in-home care for seniors, but it also helps find senior living at no cost to those seeking a place to live.  And to help seniors remain safe and comfortable in their homes, the company offers no-cost Remote Patient Monitoring equipment that has been proven to prevent hospital ER visits by 75%.  

HopeHealth in Orangeburg is a primary care office, pharmacy, and an Infectious Diseases Treatment and Prevention Center providing health care services to Orangeburg, Bamberg, and Calhoun Counties.

HopeHealth offers a range of supportive services for its infectious diseases patients in coordination with their medical treatment, including medical case management. HopeHealth employs a team of medical case managers to serve as coordinators who work directly with the clinical team to manage patients’ medical needs, medication regimens, referrals, and other social services.

The York County Council on Aging offers numerous services aimed at keeping the senior citizens of York and Chester counties living independently and productively.

Our goals of promoting health and wellness, and our coordination of key services have provided the priceless gift of independence for many seniors in York and Chester counties.

The South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs (DDSN) is the state agency that plans, develops, coordinates and funds services for residents with various severe, lifelong disabilities. Populations served include individuals with traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries, autism spectrum disorder, and intellectual disabilities.

In home senior care

We are the only community health center in the nation also designated as an Area Agency on Aging and an Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) by the State of South Carolina, the Administration on Aging and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Called Vantage Point, we are the first place to get accurate, unbiased information on all aspects of life-related to aging or living with a disability.
