Dr. Sabrina Russ is the owner of the medication consulting company, Simplicity Pharmacy Services and Wellness Center, inc. and has been practicing pharmacy for over 24 years. Simplicity Pharmacy Services and Wellness Center, inc. is comprised of licensed and Board-Certified Geriatric Pharmacists who work with Seniors to educate them about their medications. We will do a Medication Risk Assessment which will help to explain the purpose of your medications, side effects to be aware of, as well as possible drug interactions that can occur. Then we will work closely with your Healthcare Provider to reduce or remove any unnecessary or unsafe medications, also known as De-Prescribing

With their help, you will no longer be confused about your medications or feel over medicated.

 Our residents have access to a choice of home health agencies that provide regular personal care assessments. Staff members who are on call 24 hours a day work with residents to tailor plans for all levels of care needed, with services including medication reminders and administration, incontinence care, special nutritional counseling and escort and transfer assistance available if and when needed. Residents also can obtain bathing, dressing and grooming assistance and medication administration as necessary.

Physical, occupational and speech therapies are available on site as conveniences to our residents, who also have access to psychotherapy services. Wellness, walking, balance and exercise classes also are offered on a regular basis.

Assisting Angels Homecare provides non medical care for clients in homes and facilities. Assisting Angels provides companionship and conversation, personal care to include bathing, toileting and incontinence care, medication reminders, appointment arranging, transportation and errands, transfer assistance, exercise encouragement, light housekeeping, meal prep, Alzheimer's/Dementia Care, Respite Care, and Post Surgical Care.

Koger Home Care, LLC is a non-medical home care agency. Our agency provides care to all age groups in many counties across the state. We strive to assist our clients with their Activities of Daily Living Skills (ADL’s), such as personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, feeding, walking, and medication reminders. Additionally, we offer errands, light cleaning, transportation, companionship, respite relief care, as well as live-in caregivers. Griswold Home Care is a community-based service in Myrtle Beach that provides an affordable solution for individuals or couples who require non-medical assistance in order to remain safely in their homes. The service includes personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, along with transportation and errands if needed.
